Maintenance

Umoe Mandal has supplied Maintenance and Modification services to the Royal Norwegian Navy (RNoN) since the mid '90s.

This close collaboration with the primary user of UM's designs has resulted in unique opportunities to evaluate and improve our own designs based on first hand operational experience.

In addition to planned maintenance and repair work for the RNoN, several contracts have been executed on modifying or upgrading RNoN vessels:

• Integration and installations of new sensors/weapon system onboard the Oksøy class MCMV
• Program Management and installation of upgraded active fire fighting system onboard the Oksøy class MCMV
• Program Management and installation of a new weapon suite on the Hauk class Fast Patrol Boat
