Umoe Mandal has over the last 20 years specialized in developing and manufacturing all-composite material air cushioned vehicles for naval applications.

The light weight composite material structure, light weight compact systems and the air cushion principle are exploited to achieve extreme performances, the lowest possible Life Cycle Cost and the highest possible availability.

UM's technology and know-how so far have been utilized for Mine CounterMeasure Vessels, Littoral Combat Crafts and cargo vessels able to deliver their cargo dry feet on the beach.
