Svein Erik Mykland joined Umoe Mandal AS in 2016 as VP Technology, heading technology and IT departments. His professional career began in Royal Norwegian Navy and spans across international offshore Oil & Gas service- and onshore and offshore shipping industries. Svein Erik has 23 years of experience from several managerial positions with responsibilities for delivery and implementation of subsea installations projects, including Group Operations Manager, at Acergy Offshore. Following, he served as Operations Manager and COO at Siem Offshore and as VP Construction at Siem Offshore Constructors.
Svein Erik’s academic background includes engineering and chemistry disciplines and international AODC certification, and broad experience within leadership, innovation, digitalization and business development.
