Petter Andreas Pedersen
VP Finance
Petter Andreas Pedersen is VP, Finance at Umoe Mandal AS and the General Manager of Umoe Mandal Eiendom AS. Prior to joining Umoe Mandal in 2009, he held position of a Finance Manager at Elkem Aluminium Lista and Alcoa Automotive Castings Scandinavian Casting Center. He has also worked for Flekkefjord Kommune and the Norwegian Ministry of Finance.
Petter Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business administration (NHH). He has also earned a postgraduate degree in Economics from NHH.

Line Sissel Langeland
VP Human Resources
Line Sissel Langeland has been a part of Umoe Mandal team since 1998, having responsibility for wages and pensions. She was appointed VP, Human Resources in 2009. Her professional experience includes administration, accounting, strategic HR management and recruitment. Line Sissel’s earlier background is from shipping and media sectors.
Line Sissel has studied administration, HR and manpower management at Lillehammer University College and Kristiania University College.

Are Søreng
VP Sales and Marketing
Are Søreng’s career at Umoe Mandal AS spans for over 25 years. Prior to his current post as VP Sales & Marketing, Are has held several positions, including Head of Procurement, VP Services and VP Projects. His professional background also includes project management and procurement at Dovre International AS, Norsk Hydro, Kværner Installasjon AS and Oil Industrial Services (OIS).
Are’s academic background combines technical disciplines and ROTC training at the Royal Norwegian Navy. He has a particular interest and expertise within the fields of globalization, growth strategies, international negotiations, business development and leadership.

Svein Erik Mykland
VP Technology and LCS
Svein Erik Mykland joined Umoe Mandal AS in 2016 as VP Technology, heading technology and IT departments. His professional career began in Royal Norwegian Navy and spans across international offshore Oil & Gas service- and onshore and offshore shipping industries. Svein Erik has 23 years of experience from several managerial positions with responsibilities for delivery and implementation of subsea installations projects, including Group Operations Manager, at Acergy Offshore. Following, he served as Operations Manager and COO at Siem Offshore and as VP Construction at Siem Offshore Constructors.
Svein Erik’s academic background includes engineering and chemistry disciplines and international AODC certification, and broad experience within leadership, innovation, digitalization and business development.

Svein Rune Stiland
VP Manufacturing
Svein Rune Stiland is Vice President Manufacturing and he has been leading the production department at Umoe Mandal since 2009. Previously, he held several management positions within military and civil sectors with technical- and planning responsibilities for delivery of services, newbuild and modification projects.
Svein Rune holds a degree in Production Engineering, and has a solid expertise and particular interest in LEAN philosophy, digitalization, project management and planning.
